    bee venom is the ONE way to ELIMINATE arthritis – works for one year- place stingers directly onto related acu points surrounding the affected joints. if you tan regularly- twice a week, it will work for about 1 1/2 years. then more bees 😉

  3. I would like some help to know how to use the herbs. I have several different herbs I want to use in facial cream, but I am unsure how they are to be prepared for use. do I make a infusion, a tincture or use them as they are, in powdered form.

  4. Bee venom is good, but it kills the bee when it stings us. We can’t afford to be killing our bees for the sake of pain relief until we can learn what is killing our bee colonies by the thousands and reverse that. It is a VERY critical issue. Save the bees!

  6. Quit eating aspartame. Use glucomine condroitin with msm to cure arthritis. The dosage is 1 gram for every 50 lbs of your body. Take twice a day and be sure to walk at least two miles a day. You will have new knees and hips within a month.

  11. Eating healthy cannot be over-emphasized. Avoiding bread and wheat products will help. Drinking clean water regularly. Eating plenty of vegetables (steamed preferably as too much of raw could cause irritation in the stomach/intestines and cause flare-ups for some. Fruits like Papaya (soothing and healthy for the system). Walking for about 20 minutes (could be less – nothing should be overdone). Rest (meaning finding time to lie down and rest the BODY)is definitely necessary. MOST IMPORTANTLY -make sure you use the loo – meaning pass out waste (not using laxatives please, if you eat enough veggies, this will help – EVERYDAY, REPEAT, EVERYDAY. If you stick to these, almost all pain, arthritis etc. will reduce and you will be able to enjoy a better quality of life. All the body is asking for is tender loving care its own way!
