Red Clover Flowers

Research shows that red clover is one of the best sources of isoflavones which are believed to be effective in dealing with PMS, hot flashes, as well as in enhancing breast health, increased urine production and improved blood circulation.

    Red clover flowers also contain isoflavones of which two in particular help in the prevention of tumour growth (daidzin and genestein).

    That is purple clover not red. Red clover is actual red. But still sounds wonderful and I guess the clover is just for the picture.

    Some research shows that red clover cause an increase production of female hormones, which I think could be a cancer issue.

    I haven’t made the lemonade but I will when spring comes. I just remember as a child, my sister and I would go out and gather red clover. We would gather a big bundle and eat it because it was so lovely and sweet.
