We found a fantastic, high quality article about the benefits of avocado – and had to share!

Avocados originated in Central Mexico and appear to have been used in very ancient times. As one might imagine, they were introduced to Europe by the Conquistadors in around 1500AD.

Avocado is one of the most amazing foods for the skin, heart, stomach and the entire body. It’s an excellent aid to natural means of losing weight, having healthy skin – and has even been considered beneficial in keeping a healthy heart, getting rid of arthritis and assisting with diabetes.

As a great source of monounsaturated oleic acid, research has shown avocado’s reduction of dangerous low-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Not only that, it also increases the more beneficial high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. This sounds a little complex but in short, it is good news for those who are concerned about cardiovascular ailments!

Avocado has been considered an excellent food for those who want to lose some weight. In a world full of advertising and campaigns for fast weight loss, I think it is still best to go for the natural way – you don’t only spare yourself from harmful side effects, you are also doing the environment a good favor by using simple, natural home-made products. What is lovelier than keeping your body beautiful while supporting sustainability?

Right now, I am about to make some no cook overnight oatmeal with avocado. I can’t wait to enjoy this tomorrow and to feel healthier each day.

Here, then, is the full article about the benefits of avocado:

Lost Ways Of Survival Video

An amazing discovery in an abandoned house in Austin, Texas: A lost book of amazing survival knowledge, believed to have been long vanished to history, has been found in a dusty drawer in the house which belonged to a guy named Claude Davis.

Remember... back in those days, there was no electricity... no refrigerators... no law enforcement... and certainly no grocery store or supermarkets... Some of these exceptional skills are hundreds of years of old and they were learned the hard way by the early pioneers.

>> Click here to find out about them now

We've lost to history so much survival knowledge that we've become clueless compared to what our great grandfathers did or built on a daily basis to sustain their families.

Neighbors said that for the last couple of years Claude has tried to unearth and learn the forgotten ways of our great-grandparents and claimed to have found a secret of gargantuan proportions. A secret that he is about to reveal together with 3 old teachings that will change everything you think you know about preparedness:

Avocado is great. I try to eat at least one avocado each day.

  • By sigit, July 13, 2017 @ 4:20 am

Many consider that the avocado contains a lot of fat so should be avoided eating this fruit too much. Avocados do have high fat content. However, high fat in the avocado is monounsaturated fats or ‘ good fats ‘ , which will help maintain a healthy heart, and helps to lower blood pressure. Monounsaturated fats found in avocados can also help to reverse insulin resistance which can lead to type 2 diabetes. So the assumption avoid eating avocado because it contains a lot of fat is wrong.
