Then another say drink a few teaspoons before each meal and a tablespoon for breakfast. So I guess you need to just don’t over use this stuff. I personally love it with honey and drink it like a tea. Just limit myself to 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of acv and sweeten with honey to your liking. Also add fresh lemon and a few dashes of hot pepper 🌶!
