Looking for an effective all-natural way for pain management? Whether your suffering from muscle pain, back pain, a toothache, sinus issues, stomach aches, or chronic inflammation, the solution to alleviate your pain is probably lying around in your kitchen. Here are 8 natural foods that have science-supported pain killing effects:

1. Garlic: A study published in JAMA found that ear drops containing garlic were effective in managing earaches. [1] Another 2016 study concluded that “Raw garlic has anti-bacterial effects against H. pylori residing in the stomach.” [2]

2. Ginger: If you’ve been working out and your muscles feel worn out and painful, studie show that ingesting ginger may help relieve the muscle pain. [3]

3. Organic Grapes: Anthocyanins in grapes could reduce inflammation-induced back pain. [4]

4. Peppermint: A study published in the Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine shows that peppermint is a traditional medicine that was used as a remedy to relax painful muscles. [5] You can rub the essential oil on the affected part for relief.

5. Turmeric: Curcumin in turmeric is believed to help with chronic pain and inflammation. In fact, a small study found that it could be as effective as pharmaceutical options like ibuprofen. [6] Add the spice to your juices, smoothies, or curries.

6. Cloves: Did you know that clove gel has similar efficacy to benzocaine gel (a topical gel used to reduce tooth pain)? [7] It’s also a well-known home remedy for toothaches.

7. Oats: Endometriosis is a painful condition that plagues many women. Due to their lack of gluten, some scientists believe that oats could help reduce the pain and inflammation associated with the condition.

8. Horseradish: Struggling with sinus problems? Early research suggests that horseradish root has properties that could reduce symptoms of sinusitis. [8]

Lost Ways Of Survival Video

An amazing discovery in an abandoned house in Austin, Texas: A lost book of amazing survival knowledge, believed to have been long vanished to history, has been found in a dusty drawer in the house which belonged to a guy named Claude Davis.

Remember... back in those days, there was no electricity... no refrigerators... no law enforcement... and certainly no grocery store or supermarkets... Some of these exceptional skills are hundreds of years of old and they were learned the hard way by the early pioneers.

>> Click here to find out about them now

We've lost to history so much survival knowledge that we've become clueless compared to what our great grandfathers did or built on a daily basis to sustain their families.

Neighbors said that for the last couple of years Claude has tried to unearth and learn the forgotten ways of our great-grandparents and claimed to have found a secret of gargantuan proportions. A secret that he is about to reveal together with 3 old teachings that will change everything you think you know about preparedness:
