    Really, swap soda for fruit juice to reduce sugar? Fruit juice, even 100% pure, still has almost as much sugar as soda does. Best bet gradually reduce all sweet beverages with water or unsweetened teas. If you have to have a sweetener use stevia, xylitol or if you can find it monk fruit.     If you check on artificial sweeteners like stevia you may not want to use.
